Gavin Green
Professional Golfer (Malaysia)
Gavin became the first Malaysian to top the Asian Tour Order of Merit after a remarkable 2017 campaign, earning promotion to the European Tour. One year earlier, Gavin had won twice on the Asian Development Tour to earn his card. Gavin won no fewer than 21 times in a stellar amateur career before turning professional in 2015. He represented Malaysia at the 2016 Olympic Games and again in 2020 in Tokyo. He also made his EurAsia Cup debut in 2018. A University of New Mexico alumnus, Green is of Portuguese, Irish and Chinese descent.
Gavin had a strong finish to the 2022 season on the DP World Tour with two 2nd place finishes, two top 10’s and an 11th place. He finished in T20 position in the Race to Dubai Finale.
Gavin enjoys watching all sports, socialising with friends and family members and is a big hit in the kitchen.
