The Irishman turned professional in 2023 after representing Britain and Ireland in the Walker Cup for a second time. Competing on the Challenge Tour in 2024, Power has enjoyed a couple of notable finishes in his debut season at the Dimension Data Pro-Am and Abu Dhabi Challenge.  

The Kilkenny golfer went to college at Wake Forrest University in the United States and enjoyed a successful playing career there, winning the East Lake Cup and an All-American selection in 2021.  

He represented Ireland at European Team Championships and competed in British Amateur and St Andrews Links Trophy. In his final Walker Cup appearance at St Andrews in 2023 (he also played Walker Cup at Seminole in 2021), where he won three out of a possible four points.

He was on the Palmer Cup team in 2020, the Ben Hogan Award Watch List and has represented Ireland at all levels.
