JMC Sport are currently seeking a Player Manager to join our team in the USA and work with some of our amazing clients across the golfing industry. You will work alongside a team of professional, driven and likeable individuals who are passionate about sport and helping clients achieve their potential.

Job Specification

Logistics/Administration

  • Organising and managing day-to-day logistics for clients such as flights, hotel bookings and visa requests

  • Expense Reporting

  • Business Development

  • Finding and securing corporate sponsorship opportunities for JMC Sport clients

  • Networking to create further playing opportunities for JMC Sport clients

Recruitment

  • Responsible for recruiting talent across the US at a collegiate and professional level across various golf tours

Relationship Management

  • Offer guidance and support to our players to help them achieve their goals through efficient decision making and career planning

Travel

  • Be able to travel on a regular basis to attend amateur and professional golf events across collegiate and professional tour circuits.

Job Requirements

  • Passionate about golf and the industry is essential

  • Energetic and ambitious individual based in the USA

  • Knowledgeable of DP World and PGA Tour golf

  • Must be well educated on the college and amateur golf scene in the USA

  • Self-motivated with good communication and time-management skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Specification

JMC Sport is currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our team in the USA and work with some of our amazing clients across the golfing industry. You will work alongside a team of professional, driven and likeable individuals who are passionate about sport and helping clients achieve their potential.

Tasks

  • Day-to-day administrative support for player managers

  • Assisting with travel and booking requests for player managers and JMC Sport clients

  • Responsible for invoicing

  • Monitoring and updating social media channels like Instagram and LinkedIn

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written and personal communication skills

  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines without compromising consistency in the process

  • Enthusiastic and dependable with strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong organisation and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task

  • Strong computer skills, strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
