With a BSc in Sports Management from University College Dublin and an MSc in Management Consultancy from Smurfit School of Business, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business and sport to the team.

Having travelled the world competing for many years as an Irish international golfer, Emma understands the demands of elite level sport. With a background in recruitment and exposure to the golf industry from a young age, Emma has built up a large network within the industry and is responsible for the day to day running of the business and management of players.

Emma is a high energy individual with a passion for high performance sport and connecting people. She is an honorary member of Ballybunion GC and still enjoys playing competitive golf.
