A career-best round for Murphy at the Finnish Challenge.

John Murphy performed excellently at the Finish Challenge coming in T3rd position at the tournament, hitting 20 under in the four rounds. Even more impressively, Murphy hit a 62 (-10) in the third round, his career best.

This is quite the purple patch for John, who also came third in the Irish Challenge just over a week ago. Murphy is creating quite the name for himself on the Challenge Tour and we’re proud to see his progress knowing how hard he works.

Enormous credit also to Murphy’s caddy Shane O Connell who helped him navigate around the tricky course.

There isn’t much rest for John, who will next play with his fellow JMC players, Tom McKibbin and Chase Hanna, in the ISPS Invitational on August 11th. Then it’s on to the Dormy Open on August 18th. Go well, John!
